I work at the intersection of AI, product strategy and design leadership, helping organisations turn emerging technologies into products, platforms and capabilities that deliver real business value.
Over the past 15 years I've led multidisciplinary teams, shaped product strategy, led the design of dozens of products and services, and delivered transformation programmes across financial services, capital markets and other complex enterprise environments. Alongside delivering products, I help organisations build the capabilities, teams and ways of working needed to succeed in applying AI in ways that are practical, trusted and scalable.
My background combines product design, service design, research, enterprise transformation and commercial strategy, supported by an MSc in Human–Computer Interaction and an Executive MBA from Imperial College London.
